The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States.

Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States to connect in real-time via text messaging with a trained crisis counselor. This service is free, confidential and available 24/7.

NAMI provides advocacy, education, support and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.

ADAA’s promise is to raise awareness about the impact of mental health on physical health, to find new treatments, and one day prevent and cure anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. 

AFSP is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide, including those who have experienced a loss.  AFSP creates a culture that’s smart about mental health by engaging in the following core strategies:

  • Funding scientific research

  • Educating the public about mental health and suicide prevention

  • Advocating for public policies in mental health and suicide prevention

  • Supporting survivors of suicide loss and those affected by suicide

MindWise provides educational training about mental health topics such as suicide prevention, substance abuse, trauma and more. Also available is a free mental health check in which can be found here.

College Athlete

Our mission is to amplify stories, resources and expertise to strengthen student-athlete mental health, builds a community by and for athletes through peer-to-peer conversations and provides a platform for advocacy

Our mission is to advocate for, educate and support student-athletes to speak openly about their mental health experiences, while bringing light to the many issues and struggles that they face. They also provide free support to student-athletes.
